EX-02A · IDENTITY
Identity system
Strategy-led identity: logo suite, colour and typography systems, graphic language, applications in context, and brand guidelines you can actually file and reuse.
VERIFIED TICK — SYSTEM, NOT A SINGLE MARK
EX-01 Filed evidence — launch studio
PROOFHAUS
PROOFHAUS is a strategy-led launch studio. We do not hand over a logo and wish you luck — we file identity, website and launch films as one launch system, built in a single sprint.
One primary action on this page: Start a launch enquiry. The contact route in EX-07 is a clearly marked placeholder — nothing is sent yet.

SAMPLE — FICTIONAL
Every artefact gets an exhibit tab, a frame and a measurement baseline — so a claim can be checked, not merely asserted.
FICTIONAL SAMPLE ONLY — no client, result or testimonial is claimed here.
EX-02 Flagship offer
One system. One sprint. Identity, website and launch films designed together — so the first day a company is seen, every touchpoint already agrees.
EX-02A · IDENTITY
Strategy-led identity: logo suite, colour and typography systems, graphic language, applications in context, and brand guidelines you can actually file and reuse.
VERIFIED TICK — SYSTEM, NOT A SINGLE MARK
EX-02B · WEBSITE
A responsive website built from the same identity system — structure, design and build route agreed in the brief, with basic accessibility checks and a clean handover.
VERIFIED TICK — SAME SYSTEM, ON SCREEN
EX-02C · LAUNCH FILMS
Short launch films and motion templates from the same visual language — a hero piece plus repeatable formats, so launch day looks joined-up, not improvised.
VERIFIED TICK — SAME SYSTEM, IN MOTION
Because a logo on its own proves nothing. When identity, website and film are filed as one exhibit, a new company does not look assembled at the last minute — it looks considered, checkable and, to the people it needs to convince, inevitable.
EX-03 How it works — single sprint
The sprint runs the studio pipeline end to end — Intake → Brief → Concepts → Refinement → Delivery — with a pass/fail gate at every stage. Durations are agreed in the brief for each launch; nothing here is a guaranteed outcome.
STAGE 01 · INTAKE
We decide if the launch fits the flagship before any creative work starts. One named approver, business basics, assets and deadline drivers — stated on one page.
STAGE 02 · BRIEF
Objective, audience, single-minded proposition, deliverables and exclusions — signed off in writing. If the objective is vague, we return to Intake questions.
STAGE 03 · CONCEPTS
Distinct creative routes against the brief — not colour variants. One route is selected and recorded. A hybrid is a new round, re-scoped, never quietly absorbed.
STAGE 04 · REFINEMENT
The selected route is developed across identity, website and films together, checked in context against files, accessibility and usage rules.
STAGE 05 · DELIVERY
Complete, usable files with guidelines, licence list and handover notes — checked against the deliverables list before anything is released.

EX-04 Identity story — Exhibit Tab
Route A — the Exhibit Tab — is PROOFHAUS’s own identity, and the language every launch is filed in.
Exhibit-tab filed frame with verified tick and measurement baseline — work presented as a filed exhibit, not a portfolio claim.
No house or roof. No pastiche. No grunge stamp. Swap in a generic agency name and the exhibit-numbering logic breaks — that is the point.

EX-05 Sample exhibit
SAMPLE — FICTIONAL
A fictional sample only — invented to show the filing system, not to claim a client or a result.
| Exhibit | Filed artefact (fictional sample) | Check shown |
|---|---|---|
| EX-A | Identity system for a fictional coffee startup: logo suite, colour, type, guidelines | Filed in frame, tab labelled |
| EX-B | One-page website using the same type scale, tokens and exhibit labels | Same system, measured baseline |
| EX-C | Short launch film treatment: tab files in, tick draws, baseline ticks land last | Motion still reads without playing |
Real proof would replace this sample before any claim is made. None is claimed here.
EX-06 Questions, filed
No. The flagship is a launch system: identity, website and launch films as one system in a single sprint. A logo is one exhibit in the file — not the file.
No price is published here, and none should be guessed. A quote is built, not invented: senior time per stage, the number of concept routes and agreed refinement rounds, licensing and asset costs, and project management and handover — confirmed in a signed brief before any figure is quoted.
Stage durations are agreed per launch in the brief and labelled as estimates, with your approval dates marked as dependencies. What is fixed is the sequence and the gates: Intake → Brief → Concepts → Refinement → Delivery.
One named approver who can sign the brief and select a route, consolidated feedback through one channel, and your assets and final copy by the dates agreed in the brief.
No guaranteed outcomes, sales or income — ever. What is promised is a filed, checkable system: deliverables listed, exclusions explicit, licences documented.
EX-07 Contact — placeholder
PLACEHOLDER — COMING SOON
The enquiry route is not live yet. Nothing on this page is sent, stored or submitted anywhere.
Email placeholder: hello@proofhaus.example
.example is a reserved fictional domain. This address is a placeholder only — it is not a real inbox and no message sent to it will be received. A real, confirmed contact route will replace it before launch.
When the route is live, this section will state exactly what happens next, what is stored, and how to withdraw an enquiry — before you submit anything.
